Off-hand it looks to me like you're looking at old data. The recent Pfizer SOLO data were:

10mg: 65.7 ACR20 (26.7 placebo), 36.8 ACR50 (12.5 placebo), 20.3 ACR70 (5.8) at 12 weeks.

For 050 the recent data were:

4 mg: 52 ACR20 (32 placebo), 35 ACR50 (13 placebo) and 16 ACR70 (3 placebo)

They look pretty comparable except at ACR20. Caveat is that the INCY data may benefit / suffer from smaller numbers (n= ~30 in both the 4 mg and placebo group vs. ~200 per group in the PFE study).
