No fat cat, I believe his facts are correct. Also, as far as the emergency stream, just how are we to know when they have switched over because yesterday I didn't check, I just sat here waiting for them to come back on which took about 2 hours. And what makes it even worse, when they did come back, it was just like nothing had happened. No "sorry about the problems", no apology at all. They missed the whole QBID run, could have been all over a quick triple during that time.
