It was an estimated guess, not a definite timeline. Shooting for, should be done, trying to, all estimates. Just like saying... I'll fix it tomorrow but, two days later it isn't done. The phone call is given too much credit all of a sudden, it was irrelevant back then.

I imagine he lied to his kids and told them Santa was coming tomorrow too. We've all lied to somebody, hence, we're all criminals? Without any convictions? AGAIN, no conviction, no criminal record, therefore, not a criminal.

COMT was delisted because the merger was extended, read the PR. Not because Toms was involved. CYSG is a separate story and there's a place to discuss that.

Nope, if you read the filings and look at the SSs he has no reason to. With CYSG he HAD to, AGAIN it's all in the filings!

Now that's a laugh. What scams? Show me one shred of evidence there's a scam goin' on? Diluting due to convertibles is not a scam. Running a stock that get's revoked is not a scam. I can name at least 5 stock just off the top of my head that are scams and none of Toms stock can even begin to compare with.

It's not? DNPI is merging with one company while acquiring another. That's not a bright future? He PRed CYSG will be back to trading in the first half of next year? That was a public statement mind you. That's not something to look forward to? That's not a bright future for a revoked stock? How many stocks have you seen that get revoked and are back to trading within 6 months?
