Nodummy,

Hey buddy, just saw this post. I'm confident Dutch has not sold any of their 4,950,000 shares of AGDI. As you note, they are most likely currently restricted. I believe they may not listed in ADGI's filings because Dutch is not considered an affiliate and they are not a beneficial owner having less than 9.9%. While on the topic of some of the issues pertaining to Dutch and its ownership in AGDI, you probably already know this but another poster previously suggested Perttu received 23 million shares of AGDI for his debt to the company. The poster suggested he was given 23 million shares which would be valued now at 70 cents or roughly $16 million. This was completely innacurate and false. I believe if they'd dug a little deeper they'd noticed that Perttu's AGDI interest they cited was actually pre-reverse split.

Considering some of the missinformation being posted, it may simply be worth noting that both Hollis and Perttu's personal equity interest is in Dutch and Dutch only. In Perttu's case, he owns approximately 20 million shares of DGRI if I'm correct. If nothing else, at least in theory, Dutch management does have their goals fairly alligned with shareholders while having significant incentive to try and build shareholder value. Clearly it can only be an equity play because as you so accurately pointed out, there hasn't been much money for salaries in the last couple years.

I know things with this company are a little confusing at times. I think we'd all agree we're clearly not currently dealing with a blue chip stock here, it's a two cent stock for a reason. It's for that reason that although I'm long, and think there's measurable upside from current levels, nobody should be risking more than they can afford to lose, period.

Last, if you would be so kind to advise crusher that C&H and its principal had nothing to do with pennystock chaser. Please let me know if I can answer anything else for you. I sincerely appreciate that your are asking fair questions as opposed to irresponsibly making false allegations, with no basis in fact, as some others recklessly have.

Again...Happy holidays to you and yours.

There really isn't any mystery. When a company is operating in an unstable country like the DRC, they want to have arms length transactions through another company. That seems to be the reason for Aultra's existence so as to not take down either Shamika or Dutch Gold if things go wrong.
