Shamika Gold was disolved August 31, 2010 and the beneficial ownership report was released the next month on September 30,2010, the report probably did not accurately reflect the change in Shamika yet to show it as Dutch Gold as they only had one month to do so...any ideas...
According to the post, Shamika aquired 51 percent of Dutch Gold, Shamika disolved giving it's assets to aultra in exchange for stock in aultra, but Shamika is Dutch Gold and vice versa so the shares are still in Dutch's possesion...it is ok to point out how I am wrong here as I am trying to figure it out myself..
