Yes I've had better days LOL, I'm sorry for me and I'm sorry for all investors that the PR was not considerably better than it was. There are two possible scenarios now for RR as I see it...
Scenario 1: Game over (no copper, gold, silver or uranium - we didn;t find an IOCG type deposit, there's nothing there of value.
Scenario 2: Exciting REE find (who cares what we find so long as it's economical, right? And REEs can be very valuable indeed. We've almost doubed the size of our property - which incidentally is next to another REE play by Cache Exploration - and we are awaiting further assay results to confirm what we have discovered so far)
So which one is it? At this stage I really do not know and I'm no longer at home, as I've travelled up to my GF's for XMas so it's going to be difficult to spend too much time doing DD to find out, but I'll do what I can.
But as Solidgold and others have pointed out, even if Scenario 1 is the truth, this is still only RR (the old RR at that). We still have our VALE option with Lucky and we still have a very exciting looking opportunity with Cabot, we still have a huge new property Clifton to explore and now of course we have the new Rusty/Shaylee property, which may contains exciting REEs and may also still contain copper - bear in mind that Shaylee was never an IOCG copper prospect, the copper potential at Shaylee is still very much worth exploring.
On another topic I am very pleasantly surprised on checking back through the day's posts to see how very few were off topic. On a day where we took such a huge hit as this I quite thought the daggers would be out but no, KATX investors are an intelligent and civilised bunch and I am honoured to be associated with the board, reagardless of results. That said, I in no way wish to belittle anyone's losses. I am sorry for those like me whose accounts don't look so great right now and who like me had hoped for wonderful things from RR. Well we are where we are. I shall start the DD on our REE possibilities tomorrow...
