I posted last night that Tengelmann wrote their 40% ownership stake off, shares will be cancelled.

I do not understand why you are acting like getting DIP + having a creditor committee appointed is great news, DIP is irrelevant to shareholders, and shareholders are NOT creditors.

Take a peek back if you dont believe.
