Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (AMEX: RPC) announced that they have been advised by the AMEX of that the Company's current application for the issuance of securities related to various Notes offerings that took place in 2008, 2009 and 2010 (these are the issuances that were approved by the Company's shareholders at the annual shareholder meeting on December 3, 2010) is scheduled to be reviewed by the AMEX listing committee on or about January 6, 2011.

RPC anticipates a positive outcome, though nothing is guaranteed.
