Not really sure where you get the idea that there will be a R/S for QASP. Have you missed the 50 times that our CEO told us there would be none at this time?

NOT. Some folks on this board are still working hard to put down QASP as a supposed scam pink stock with no future. I wonder why that is? If there is no future why waste the time?
Company is doing what's needed to move forward, period. No other way to look at it for those that keep up with information flow.
Oh, and by the way, $.05-$06 really isn't that hard to get to, even with 1.5B O/S, if there are acquisitions with good revenues and reasonable after tax profit margins. I've done my math and it isn't exactly any miracle to get to that level.
