CEO Briscoe has earned a lot of respect in the MINING WORLD, out of respect for HIM we have recieved this pending JV. From what I can see they have their DUCKS lined up perfectly and readying for the JV is their course of action. That being an ORDERLY CLOSING of same by taking care of annoyances that must be set in order for the CLOSE of JV. By lookin back I can see things getting done pointing to the JV day.
