instead of talking about it to other shareholders, why not aim your request where it matters. call up briscoe, tell him to fire himself from his own company, and then report to us what he says.
that would be interesting, to say the least.
while you're at it, rake him over the coals for not being able to close a major JV with a chinese mining company after (no more than) three meetings.
and tell him you need your stock to hold .08 or you'll be really, really, really upset.
oh, and don't mention tax loss selling because that might undercut your argument a bit.
