I do NOT agree. I for one think that it is childish and immature when supposed investors clamor for management change every time the stock doesn't perform according to their expectations. It's ludicrous to think that we'd be better off at this point in time paying out huge dollars that we don't have to new management. Talk about dilution! This is what it is. One either buys it or not. Complaining about it shows more about the complainers than it does about the company. Either seize the buying opportunity or go find something else to look at while the sp languishes. It will turn around when it does, but it will turn.
