the whole reason the stock took off last summer, and ultimately ran to .195 was because we got out from under that toxic debt and have a JV pending with HDI.

so what is "toxic" about recent financing? are you referring to common shares and warrants from private placements? there are no convertibles other than the secured loan with NAK. please explain.
