the "problem" you're referring to is the price per share. nothing new came out in the filing to make you change your mind about briscoe. and if it did, then you weren't following share counts in all the filings, or maybe you weren't calling the TA.
in retrospect i think we'll see the price dropped during tax loss selling while a short was on from .08...
do you want to lay that at the feet of briscoe? and if all was okay with you while we were rallying, why is he suddenly "not a capable CEO"?

and i have to agree, "the possibilities are endless"... are you the same as one of those NAK shareholders, upset because at the time their stock was only worth .25..? what did they think of their CEO then? i trust you get my point.
