According to the SEC's page dealing with Rule 144... 1. Holding Period. "......If the issuer of the securities is not subject to the reporting requirements, then you must hold the securities for at least one year. The relevant holding period begins when the securities were bought and fully paid for." CDIV is not subject to the reporting requirements.....if they were, the restriction period would have been 6 months. http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
On 6/30/09 Lone Grey posted the following: "**Please note as of 06-30-2009 there are 197,200,500 shares outstanding for CASCADIA with 49,825,500 shares free trading and 147,375,000 shares restrictedand 200,000,000 shares authorized."
According to the PR filed on 11/4/10 "Management also flatly denied that there are any pending changes in Cascadia's share structure in the near term horizon. Currently there are 211,620,500 shares outstanding with 65,325,500 shares free trading and 146,295,000 shares restricted and 500,000,000 shares authorized***."
These reports indicate that during the period 6/30/09 through 5/12/10*** there were 14,420,000 shares issued. The float increased by 15,500,000 and the net number of restricted shares decreased by 1,080,000, which presumably reflects the lifting of the restriction on the 840,000 shares on the certificate.
