KISS is a private label deal and I don't know what is so hard to understand about this. The band came to Eternal Image and inquired about having the company manufacture the caskets for them.
This is just another revenue stream for the company and I don't see how it can be bad for EI to make a few thousand bucks off of this association with the band and their products. A lot of the people posting here were thinking that KISS caskets would have some type of adverse effects with the Vatican and I cleared that up by calling Nick. The Vatican does know about the KISS caskets and they don't have any problem with this. So if the Vatican is good with this why do we need to keep bringing this up and rehashing it over and over.
If EI makes some money off of this agreement with KISS then this is a good thing because as shareholders we would like to see the company make money so that we can also make money on our investment. You would like to see the company make money wouldn't you???????? Or would you rather see them fail and all the shareholders go down with the ship???????
