I'm afraid you're adding to the problem.
The asset is identified as "Property (Real & Intellectual)", implying that it is not entirely intellectual property.
There is no indication of when the assets were acquired or how (or if) they were paid for.
If all, or a portion of, the assets were land, they would not necessarily be required to be depreciated.

Certainly there are reasons to have questions about this "property", but there's little point in having an "issue" with it without knowing anything at all about it. And we don't.
