00144...I've consistently said that I don't like the Fu deal at all. It's obvious at this rate we'd have to give up something huge, either almost complete ownership of GOIG or near complete ownership of overseas ops and ops to be (China). It just seems like a lose-lose situation. We need the money, yet can't generate it organically via growth/sales. So if Fu's money comes in, we're probably gonna get slaughtered via dilution. If Fu's money doesn't come in, there's the negativity of another failed deal, and the perceived (real or not) importance of it, and that'll most likely have another negative outcome for share price.
