Stemcell what is new here!? Just for the sake of conversation here can you point out any of these penny jobby's that don't have these statements in their 10-Q
SAEI.OB Ah, using the old "negative book value" argument to make your case, eh? Let me check...Yup, I see one that I crunched the numbers on, just a while ago, still trading and strongly, with about 17 market makers on it ATM. Still in debt too. These are startups that often need to bootstrap and, yes, some even sell stock to raise capital. How scandalous is that?! You would put half the OTCBB stocks and perhaps 80% percent of the pinks out of business and have destroyed practically every trader on IHub to have successfully made that argument. In fact, a huge percentage of the United States population can claim no better for their personal finances. OMG!
Wait a minute! The freakin' deficit! Call the SEC and shut down the government!

I applaud the occasional bits of honesty that slip out, even though they may tend to incriminate the heck out of some Short and Distorters.
