SAEI is fighting the situation and not going away which scares the Beejeebers out of the shorts on this situation.

It is not. It is an SEC suspension and investigation. The stock price was going UP. In a "bear raid", stock price goes DOWN.

It might be a good idea to give up on irrelevant catch phrases and consider the actual situation.
