Its common knowledge. Money passed hands between NewCo and LLLEG and all the lawsuits against LLEG (such as the one by Waldren Engineering) were settled with cash. I think everyone on this board from Berlin can verify the deal was completed. I'm only going by what Mike said back in Nov about not being able to talk until that deal was complete. Mike answered a question I had placed to him recently that LLEG still has an interest in the project but he did not say what it was.
