The "deal", selling Laidlaw Berlin BioPower to NewCo was completed over a month ago. From what we were told is this is the agreement that creates the ownership structure of the project. . Originally Mike said the details could not be made public until this "deal" was complete which it is. Sunspotter has every right to ask that question.
yesterday's action was actually healthy for the chart going forward...we got rid of a whole bunch of weak hands , and put the stock in stronger hands with a longer timeframe...very cleansing action imo...LLLL
