Well you could have a automated answering system, press 1 for sales, 2 for accounting ... 9 for hfbg , then a message that confirms whatever it is they do for them. However I personally hate machines and unless the company already has it in use it would be additional expense...
Well lets say I was in the tea making business and everyone was asking for tea! I would think that it is a pretty good idea to get some f&cking tea! Sorry I do not see the problem with customers calling a retail outlet that was publicly identified and asking them if they have tea and if they respond with a no. Then I would ask when will you get it. I am a 98 year old tire business and this happens to me every single day! If I dont have the tires and I tell a customer next week he is calling next week wondering where his tires are! If next week I do not have his tires he is pissed! Simple as that! Give us some f*cking tires! You promised!
