I guess you can contact the landlord of the Santa Ana office (who apparently posted that statement) and confirm for yourself. You will discover it to be true.

I am sure these people can help you verify. Look under "contact us" get the phone number and call. Then let everyone know that it is true and quit griping. If you are a shareholder in BEHL or BNPD you just have to accept that you are another victim. Sorry.

Just told you it was verified through several sources external to BEHL, the clients site manager verified most of it, the landlord verified a portion of it, contractors have verfied a portion of it. I am not going to hand over someones private info so you can verfiy if it was in fact Moniqued or not. The facts remain that we have verified the financial status, the past due rent, the potential liens and fact the employees were not paid.
