It seems you do not understand how our government works as you continually posts things that prove what little you know. But then I don't think anyone is surprised.

Those tax deductions and laws were passed under a Republican President (Bush), Republican Senate, and Republican House - passed under the term Reconciliation which means it can only last ten years. Now even if the house passed what the article stated what do you think (here I use the term loosely) would the chances be of the Senate passing what the house passed. Considering the house passed over 200 bills that have died in the Senate.
