This has been fully explained in filings to the SEC. One firm believed they were assets. When a new accounting firm was hired, it was their opinion they were not assets and applications were made to SEC to update old filings and delayed the filing of another as the new firm went through all the books for which they had to make a request for an extension. Mr. Bordynuik, while a brilliant man, has never claimed to be an accounting firm that represents JBI. A mistake was made by one firm, another caught the mistake, the mistake was corrected. Nice, honest company doing what they needed to do.
The media credits were still worth $10 million, they just couldn't be claimed as assets. Some of the credits have been used for Pak-It promotion.
Nothing subjective here, it's all fact, it's all been filed with the SEC. If you disagree, call the SEC and report your concerns. I'm....sure....they... would... find....your... assertions... interesting.
Nothing changed. They have 5 processors. The "latest" filing is as of 12/31/10. I'm quoting more recently. And we have pictures of the new 30 drum processors. Others have seen them in person.
There's 3 commercial sized drums......not just one. And according to LTG, David Denk said they could install all 3......nice.
