As for the changes in the S&P, the main thing it will influence IMO is level of volatility in the index.
As for my "fledgling reputation"... who cares. I'm in it for the money. YOUR money. As it says in one of my favorite books: "Every dollar you make in the market comes out of someone elses pocket". Who cares about reputation.
And the very fact that I've been doing this for a living for many years, and I'm still in the game, is enough.
I've learned to trust my instincts, and they are telling me that this market is screwed.
