I think that the concern here is information was posted on this HUB from Kaplanis's original affidavit when he was listing "the facts", the third fact listed was:

3. Mr Bordyniuk offered me his own "personal stock" in JBI Inc, to induce me to work for the company...

Accusations were made on this board (I want to be clear, you never made these accusations, you just posted information) that JBI owed him another 100,000 JBI shares other than the 100,000 given in the contract. Some believed that Kaplanis was suggesting this based on his affidavit and including the above quote from one of his e-mails. I personally wondered why he listed that information in the first place but I'm not a lawyer or judge.

It seems things have been clarified, Kaplanis has clarified he never said JBI owes him another 100,000 shares. Thanks for posting this. A good example of why we need to let the courts decide these issues. This is a wrongful dismissal case, that's all. Thank God we don't have to discuss this aspect of the case anymore.
