#3400 RE: DealBreaker #3394

DB, not true that he paid my hospital bills. I sold some of MY shares to one of my clients, and Peter issued the shares to this client. I paid my bills with those funds and that client is in touch with me to this day, so he knew what I needed the money for. But they were MY SHARES.

We were paid with deferred shares that were to be saleable after one year from date of issuance (Reg "D", Rule #144). After THREE years they were still restricted, so the reward all officers had worked for was never available.

While you think you know the truth, you don't. This is not about Greed, but about the investors that were hurt not just financially, but mentally. Many lost wives, homes, and one supposedly even took his own life. Those that should NEVER have invested, ill informed older persons that lost everything hopeing to finally hit that big home run. Read depositions from former officers and you might have a greater insight into this company.

The proof of the pudding will be when and if a sentence is handed out to the parties. I said before that I didn't believe Jim B. to be guilty of anything, as I knew him to be an honorable man on another project. The other three guys just did what they were paid to do, raise capital for which they received a commission, but all funds were received by PM and only he had control of how they were spent, without accountability. You have the right to believe whatever it is you wish to believe, but I was there and know first hand. You were not.

If Michaels gets off the Pinks, so what? I smell a R/S big time, after all, isn't that how this game is played?
