Tough call. Better if they were bought out or a JV with a white knight. Short on funds and medium long on technology. So few companies paying attention to needed resolution to this pollution.
I think they will survive and show again OTC but the "take-off" is cloudy, with regrets. The excitement of this industry has passed IMHO.
