you missed my point amj...the higher the taxes, etc., the lower must be the wholesale price in order to make a profit. Hence taxes and production costs determine the wholesale price, which my spreadsheet takes into account. Your formula says nothing about what the wholesale price is except to compare it to uncomparable regions with different tax and royalty schedules.
