Very odd that they haven't announced that they sold the fuel they supposedly had sitting there. What are they waiting for? Why didn't they publically state they get free plastic and that they have a buyer for the juice? I suspect you will never see either of those things happen. For a company with very little money left to not immediately sell and announce the sale of a supposedly valuable commodity immediately is just another HUGE RED FLAG.

Why do numerous PR's now when they have announced a phone conference for this Wednesday where they can both, make announcements and receive and answer questions. I have no problem waiting a few more days.

You are impatient. The JBI conference call is next week. You can call in and ask that question....if it is still a question by then.

At least in the state of NY they weren't authorized to sell what fuel they were producing. I suspect they were waiting for permits and clearance so as to avoid any wrongdoings.

Seems responsible don't you think?
