I think the cat is pretty much out of the bag. We already learned that the ESHC is lending the company about $41K to make lease payments due Dec 28. The loan is unsecured so our committee must be pretty confident they are not tossing this money into a hole...unless that happens to be a copper mine, of course.
Now we await the attorney to put some neutral language around all this sweet news and call it a PR. No malice intended toward our talented attorney. She has to be careful to protect us.

Even though Chuck and all the folks on the committee have done an incredible job of providing us with update's and information that is greatly appreciated.
I would like to see cprkq management to also communicate with us shareholders with their "good faith as to their fudiciary responsibility to us" as John Bryan expressed in our one and only conference call over 6 months ago.
Management should not be presumtuous in expecting the committee to be the company's mouth piece.
I want to hear directly and publicly their intentions and expectations as this process moves along. The transparency has been good so far. However I would like to hear that committment to the shareholders that the company expressed. I want to see some food on my plate from them and a sense that we are working toward getting a piece of the Rock.
With the company publicly communicating with us shareholders reminds them of their accountability in the chapter 11 process. We must remind them that we are every bit a part of the company as debtors also at this time. Wiping out our shares is the same as paying off some part of the present debt. Keep in mind, wiping out the present shareholders will make room to have another offering of new stocks. That is as good as a down payment on any large financing. And I am certain that Bryan doesn't visit Milford to much at all to remind himself of those folks there that are heavily invested in CopperKing.
I belive that the more entities that the company feels an obligation to, Will help keep us shareholders in front of them. and getting favorable consideration.

Respectfully,

Richard
