I do see a shortlived Daily phase I soon (next week), followed by a Daily phase II lasting 10-12 days again and closing in on 1300+.

My gut feel is the correction will have to come from 1300+/-10 points down to 10% down or about 1130-1180 level lasting 3-4 weeks into early Feb 2011.

The risk to reward is not there right now, so I will stay for the correction to occur and then participate.

Comment - have you tried to pictorially depict the Phase I and Phase II for people like me who love to say picture is worth thousand words.

Do you use PPO 3,8 crossover as your earliest signal to indicate the potential for a daily Phase change, because last correction from Phase II daily down to Phase I daily lagged a bit by 3-4 days.
