Yea we have 10 business days left for the year. The market is closed on Friday the 24th in observance of Christmas so after this week, it's down to the wire for any news in December. Could get news the following week but I have doubts on that. Who knows though.

here's one thing that gets little talk time, one year ago pihn released year end fins on Jan 4, i think even if kuni says nothing of deal closing they will release 10Q the first week of the year. i cant even begin to speculate what kuni is doing but im pretty sure that is something we can lock in as a certainty.
