In fact, 100% of the float is held by shareholders, as is the case with each and every stock in the entire universe. That's the definition of "float".

Um, and who WOULD own the company's stock if not shareholders???

Do you realize that the NOBO/OBO information is from a single, specific day? No doubt much of that stock has changed hands since then.

But ALL of it is still owned by "shareholders". By definition.
