No proof whatsoever that the CDIV outstanding is Locked.

The share count reconciliation is not proof of a lockdown.

Every day there are buyers and sellers ... today over one million shares traded.

Perhaps this has been covered and I missed it, but if not, please explain this to me: "the float is locked (or almost locked)" while at the same time there appears to be no NSS after attempting to verify it.
So what happens next? Once the float is completely "locked", there will be nobody left who want to sell. Since there is no NSS, there is no need to cover. So now what? no selling so no buying ... I dont get it.
