Nope ... every CDIV share sold has a buyer and a seller.
All trades are reported. Any FTD's are reported by the buyer.

nss relies on trades not being reported which is simply non-sensical.

You are under the assumption that the NSS (an illegal activity) is being reported. With the float locked there is a huge NSS out there and the shorters are trying to scare people into selling.
