Same here - if they leave it alone, I think it will turn down and do a pretty good tank, but that seems to be a pretty big "IF" at the moment.

I still have no idea what caused the run in gold - whatever it is, it could also be a negative for the market. Spot gold closed up at 324.10, and is trading higher in the late market at 324.40. The gold stocks have not reacted much but I added some GLG and GG just in case.
