Until we go current nobody should be placing a bid above .001. If you do; your head needs examination imho... It's clearly trading on a grey market right now. My guess is it has been since inception, but regardless of if it's grey market. A/S maxing is my buy signal. I've heard some good things behind the scenes today about ATIG, but am keeping my confidentiality respect to individuals that have shared.
