REPR.OB

Granted this has been over a couple of weeks, because it takes a while to even acquire a miniscule position which is what I have. But have been buying basically .12 and under. Here’s why I like REPR.OB.

1) REPR.OB is a good growth story. Growing revenues 17% Y/Y for 6 months ended, and this growth story seems to be only getting better.

2) REPR.OB has a healthy balance sheet with .03 a share in cash.

3) REPR.OB has a very easy comp for the next quarter.

4) REPR.OB probably will start earning more than a ½ cent consistently possibly as soon as this quarter. Which will be rounded up to a .01 in the 10q, which will make REPR.OB look very cheap.

Conclusion: Not exactly betting the farm here, because Liquidity is not great, but a small position in the .12 range may be warranted as REPR.OB could very well be a multibagger in 2011. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

Sales up 40%, EPS +.005 fully taxed, net income up 203%

Annualized EPS +.02

My prediction was pretty spot on....

Sales 1,254,198 vs. my prediction of $1,208,500.
Gross profit 843,118 vs. my prediction of 810,000.
Other operating expenses 552,804 vs. my prediction of 500,000.
Pretax net income 285,483 vs. my prediction of 310,000.
