All knowing eh? TYVM, but not me. I simply have a few sources that I have found using my past business contacts. In so far as shedding light or picking up on this issue, I don't need to address this or worry about it since if you had been paying attention to my posts, since the permit was approved by the NHSEC, I have been saying that Berlin is now a moot point to us and LLEG. We have our payday in hand via NewCo and will continue to take profits as this progresses and as operations start and revenue begins.
LLEG's main interest now is in OTHER projects. Yes we will still get income from Berlin, but it is no longer our life's blood. Pay attention from now on. The PUC will rule on the 20yr. PPA favorably as I do not believe PSNH would have entered into an agreement that they knew the PUC was in no position to approve. Are we supposed to believe that PSNH attorneys were asleep throughout this entire process? That they do not know the law perhaps? It will get approval but as I said, IMO, irrelevent.
LLEG will be moving forward with other projects with capital from their equity sale in Berlin. They will also continue to recieve income from Berlin annually. And their upcoming projects they will hold majority ownership roles.
Nothing new about my position on this if you have followed or care to go back and revisit my earlier PUBLIC posts. This will be a good deal and a very lucrative one for LLEG and once all the details are revealed I think all here will agree and be ticked that they failed to buy more shares at these levels due largely to doubts placed in their minds by ninnies with no clue of what is actually happening but specualting and prognosticating as if they know the score on LLEG's entire operational business plan based on motions of opponents and the like, which is always so reliable. If we believed everything the opponents said, we would have never left square 1 much less be one step away from TOTAL victory in Berlin, but I guess according to some, now is when we will be defeated. R I G H T..... I don't think so.
As for me, I prefer to believe and trust not only my sources, but Mike himself who has repeatedly made staements refuting erronious claims made by others, which have consistantly reinforced my positions and statements.
I'm buying more. If your selling, lets get'r done.
