Hoping for at LEAST legal...asking for ethical from CM at this point (based on his total lack of communication for what, years now?), is probably a lot to ask for and to tell you the truth, if he gets the s/p up by way of unethical practices, albeit legal, after 3 years of holding this shlock and no news or updates, I for one can live with that.
