Possibly you should return his email and have him provide you with some verifiable numbers and explain to Max that this is how we do business in the good ol USA. Possibly a course in economics and business admin. would help him to understand this huge issue with the stockholders.
Fluffing the investors does not cut it and the share price of any stock will show that if the investors think they are being lied to or misled by management. Credibility rules in any market.
Just my personal opinion but I bet their are a huge amount of investors in SPPH that would agree.
