On October 18, 2010, the Government filed a motion to disqualify Matt's old counsel, Michael Amador. Since then, most everything has been sealed.

We won't know for a while (if we ever do) what has taken place. But, Michael Amador's out and new counsel for Matt, John Garey, is in.

Amador is a pretty controversial Las Vegas attorney and was arrested for felony assault in 2009. However, a mere arrrest would not be a ground for disqualification. It has to be more than that. ... eom
