I wouldn't even want to speculate as the company gave no specific timeline. They basically just said immediately after the dealership closing. Immediately after could mean a few weeks or a few months. On the high end I would say within three months of the deal closing. On the low end, perhaps a couple of weeks.
It takes a while to get listed on any exchange so don't hold your breath on the 90 days. First all the filings have to be complete and up to date and then you have to submit an application to the exchange to be listed.
