Great move. The chart from the bottom at the end of July is amazing;. Barely a hesitation to today high. Fundamentals are amazing. Little pricey for the very near term but the backlog will allow them to refi debt and accelerate cash flow. Backlog for the next year is set. Probably an equity offering while the buy some contracted assets. Will be well worth any dilution in the long term. My short term fear is the proxy battle somehow triggering the "change in control" portion of their outstanding debt. The guy who recently bought 3million plus might be gunning for control. (i have a small fear he can orchestrate a take-under.) Investor relations sucks for this company. I have called them on multiple occasions and never heard back. Frustrating but the fundamentals are soooo strong.
