It is no mystery Jackboy, the ASC ban will not be lifted till March at least, you can see all the info on ASC web site. As for the acquisition of the the 100 acre lot in Gila, with the monies eaten up the management and lawyers where do you think the money to buy was going to come from ? No mystery there too.
If you read back he says he got the information from the investor relation department of the actual company itself(PBEC) . that seems a little more credible than third parties (unconfirmed) information at this point(JMHO). I have a feeling between now and March everything will be laid out for us to see then we make decisions about who knows what!!! Cause again its all speculation at this point, but then again thats half the battle i guess in these markets......
