You are correct but there is more to it than that. They have a horrible share structure that will have to be corrected as well. Personally, I have stated many times I like the concept here. Unfortunately I do not like the share issuances, the lack of sustainable results and the fluffing of PR's by Troy.
Will that change? Well, time will tell but I honestly believe that anybody investing at this time for the long haul will be wiped clean off the plate in the future.
Why? Because this is not a company that can operate with 5 billion shares O/S. And penny stocks do not take to reverse splits with great appreciation. That has already been shown here.
At some point in time the stock may make a turn for the better. If anybody here can spot it and predict it, it is me. I could care less about holiday sales and emotional trading. I trade with my head not with my heart. I get all the facts, lay them all out in front of me and determine if a company is worthy of investing in from a technical standpoint becaue that is the only thing that drives a sustainable share price.
All else is hyped up, emotionally driven, baseless approach to penny stock investing which requires one to read a couple press releases and some message board posts before diving in and deciding this is the greatest penny stock on planet earth.
