Interesting. As gullible as those are that still believe I would not be surprised if "shares" are still being sold and exchanged today.
However if someone did print off a fake certificate of their own. This has about as much to do with the company as if I would print off a fake certificate, plaster IBM or GM on it and claim it to be real. That certificate has nothing to do with IBM or GM. The only connection would be when they(IBM and GM) decide to sue me for forgery. Again, it does not hold water.
